In 2007, he joined a start-up that would grow into a successful £800M business. Over the years, he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s IT infrastructure and operations. From being the operations manager to serving as the Chief Technical Information Officer (CTIO), he led the implementation of open-source solutions, as well as large-scale commercial products like SAP, and achieved industry standards such as Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27,001. His commitment to excellence ensured the company remained secure and efficient, with no major security breaches or data loss during his tenure.
